Carolina Concussion & Physical Medicine is a patient-focused, neurological and chiropractic rehabilitation center. We combine the latest diagnostics with comprehensive clinical evaluations to objectively determine the cause of each patient's symptoms and tailor rehabilitation program to the individual needs of each patient. We strive to improve balance/dizziness, coordination/speed, and brain overall function to make the brain work more efficiently.
